10 TRICEP DIPS
Fill out the form below to register. Once you have done that you will be directed to a pdf that you can download so that you can track your results. Just fill out the number of steps, press ups, squats, sit-ups and tricep dips you manage everyday. Maybe you can really excel with a personal best and smash my x10 targets out of the water?
Use the weekend preceding the challenge to get into the swing of it without tracking your data. Video the first lot of conditioning you do on day one and then again on the last day of the month so you can track your progress.
