Jodie King

Jodie is a 2nd degree black belt in Hung Kuen Shaolin Kung Fu. She has practiced martial arts and participated in boxing, MMA and fitness classes for 14 years. She has been a fully qualified exercise to music instructor for 4 years. Jodie believes that boxing circuits are one of the best forms of exercise for weight loss, strength training, improving confidence levels, learning self defense skills and vamping up your fitness levels. There is just something about a banging, adrenaline pumping boxing class that gives you a buzz like no other!
